AGRITECHNICA 2013, A HOST OF NEW PRODUCTS FROM SAME DEUTZ-FAHR

During the international Agritechnica 2013 show, held at the Hanover expo centre in Germany, SAME DEUTZ-FAHR officially announced and presented its latest developments to the agricultural industry.

The introduction of two completely new tractor ranges takes DEUTZ-FAHR's offerings for high power applications to new levels. These are the 9 Series, with outputs from 270hp to 340hp, and the highly anticipated 11 Series - a range of high power tractors having a conventional build, continuously variable transmissions and power outputs up to a mighty 440hp.

For the mid-power segment, DEUTZ-FAHR introduced the 5C Series, a range of versatile tractors from 90hp to 120hp derived from the high performance 5 Series. DEUTZ-FAHR's noted 6 Series, which recently won the German Design Award together with its MaxiVision cab, gains four cylinder models from 120hp to 140hp and high output variants up to 210hp. The Deutz-Fahr combine harvester lineup now includes the new C9000 Series: a harvesting machine conceived to set new standards for efficiency with a host of important technological innovations and solutions to maximise output.

SAME confirms its role as a manufacturer of practical, reliable machines with two new additions to the mid and high power segments. Available with outputs from 90hp to 120hp, the SAME Virtus J offers outstanding value for money and is a versatile tractor ideal for operation with implements such as a front loader. The new Audax ST on the other hand, with outputs up to 220hp, is a sturdy, long wheelbase machine with the perfect attributes for transport applications and for tackling heavier duty ploughing jobs, making it the ideal successor to the Iron³.

As always, Lamborghini Trattori stands apart with its own unique personality founded on avant-garde style and technology. Three ranges were presented at Hanover. The Lamborghini Mach VRT, the new flagship of the raging bull brand with up to 265hp, continuously variable transmission and class-beating technology and comfort. The Lamborghini Spark series of tractors with outputs from 120hp to 210hp, four or six cylinder engines, Powershift or VRT transmissions and a wide choice of models and variants for total productivity in all situations and, last but not least, the Lamborghini Nitro VRT series of mid power machines with outputs from 100hp to 130hp.
