SAME DEUTZ-FAHR AT INNOV-AGRI 2014, THE ANNUAL APPOINTMENT WITH INNOVATION ON THE FARM

SAME DEUTZ-FAHR will be taking part in the 25th edition of INNOV-AGRI, Europe's largest working trade fair, which will be held at Outarville (France) from 2 to 4 September 2014. The exhibition is an opportunity to see agricultural machinery in real working conditions at first hand. This is an event where farmers, livestock breeders and business owners can discover the latest developments in agricultural technology and processes directly in the field.

SAME DEUTZ-FAHR chose the French Innov-agri expo event to let potential customers try out the DEUTZ-FAHR 9 Series range of tractors, which made its global début at Agritechnica 2013, in working conditions. The 9 Series is available in a choice of four models from 270 to 340 hp with a TTV continuously variable transmission. The new Series offers an outstanding combination of power, comfort, fuel efficiency and low running costs with its twin turbo six cylinder DEUTZ TTCD 7.8 L6 engine, a new ZF transmission boasting superior efficiency both in the field and on the road, the Maxivision cab, with a driver zone and controls conceived for extraordinary comfort and ergonomics, and, last but not least, attractive looks styled in collaboration with Deutz-Fahr's established partner Giugiaro Design. With clean, bold lines for the cowl and nose, superior quality materials and excellent control ergonomics, the unmistakeable style boasts the aggressive look typical of all new Deutz-Fahr branded products.

SAME DEUTZ-FAHR also chose Innov-agri as the showcase for the new DEUTZ-FAHR C7000 combine harvester range. Last year, the 2013 edition of Innov-agri hosted in Toulouse set the stage for the launch of the C9000. This year, it was the turn of the new series with which the Treviglio-based brand extends its choice of combine harvesters even further.

This new generation of machines features a style coherent with the tractors of the brand and also penned by Giugiaro Design, with an elegant but functional design to ensure easy access for maintenance. The range has been extended yet again to respond even more effectively to the need for greater productivity and versatility, with models optimised specifically for lower fuel consumption and superior reliability and durability. The machine is offered in a choice of four models (the C7205 and C7205 TS with 5 straw walkers and the C7206 and C7206 TS with 6 straw walkers) and two hillside models (C7205 TSB and C7206 TSB). DEUTZ engines producing 246 kW (334 hp) for the C7206 and C7206TS, 211 kW (287 hp) for the C7205TS and 184 kW (287 hp) for the C7205 deliver outstanding performance combined with among the lowest consumption figures in its class, with SCR exhaust after-treatment technology with AdBlue and the advanced, exclusive construction of the machine itself.
