SAME DEUTZ-FAHR HAS ACQUIRED THE TOTALITY OF TURKISH ACTIVITIES.

On January 2014 SAME DEUTZ-FAHR has acquired 15% shares owned by Şahsuvaroğlu family in the existing Joint Venture in Turkey. With the acquisition, SAME DEUTZ-FAHR completed 100% of the shares in the company.
The acquisition includes both commercial activities in Istanbul and the productive ones in Bandirma plant.
Following this operation, the subsidiary in Turkey will take the name of SAME DEUTZ-FAHR Traktör Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
